If you are having issues using your RioOne with RealJukebox, please go to our Software section and read the provided information. You may need the .DLL file installer to allow RealJukebox to communicate with the RioOne. A quick and easy utility is provided on the Software page.
Remember, when upgrading the firmware in your Rio or your Nike psa[play, double check that all software that can access your portable music player is shut down before you launch the update program. Only one software application can access your player at a time.
