What series does my ReplayTV DVR model belong

Follow the steps below to find what ReplayTV series your model belongs too.
 |

All ReplayTV DVRs have their model number printed
on the UPC Label located on the back of the unit. After finding it
go to Step 4 (ReplayTV
Series Table) below to find which series your model belongs too. |

If you don't have access to the back of your unit then click on one
of the images below that most closely resembles your DVR, then follow
the directions in Step 3. |

 ReplayTV
5500 or 5000 Series
- Go to the ReplayTV Main Menu by pressing the Menu button on
the remote control.
- Select Setup.
- Select "System Information"
- Select "Unit Info"
- The "Unit Info" screen displays your Key,
which includes your Model number (first 7 digits),
Serial number, and three-digit activation key. For example the
key "RTV5 040G 1SA2 0050 42 G5K" referers
to a RTV5040 model.
- Now go to Step 4 (ReplayTV Series Table)
below to determine which series your model belongs too. Click on
the "Set Series Type..." link to configure the website
to display information specific to that ReplayTV series.
