Troubleshooting
  Video

   •  The picture on my ReplayTV is pixelated or distorted.

   •  I don't see any output from the ReplayTV on my TV. No menus or anything else is visible.

   •  No Video Signal error and a blue screen
   •  I'm getting a No Video Signal error with my HD Satellite or Cable receiver.
   •  I'm getting "No Video Signal" and I've recently moved, changed my configuration, or just completed setup.
   •  I have standard cable (no box) and I'm getting "No Video Signal" on 1 or 2 channels. All other channels work fine.
  Modem and Network

   •  My ReplayTV appears to connect fine, but my Channel Guide is blank.

   •  My ReplayTV appears to be connecting fine, but my Channel Guide is missing a few days.

   •  Problems Connecting using the Modem
   •  My ReplayTV is having problems connecting using a Wireless phone jack.
   •  ReplayTV's Modem will not release the telephone line. If I unplug the phone cable from the back of the ReplayTV, I get dialtone again.
   •  My ReplayTV stopped connecting suddenly. It worked perfectly fine before.
   •  Problems connecting over the Internet. (Ethernet Network)
   •  The ReplayTV can't connect or stay connected to the ReplayTV servers using Ethernet.
  Channel Guide \ Channel Lineup

   •  Channel Lineup is not correct.

   •  The ReplayTV Channel Guide is Blank.

   •  The ReplayTV Channel Guide is missing a few days.

  IR / Serial - Changing Channels

   •  The ReplayTV is dropping the last digit when I try to change channels or dropping digits when I change channels one right after another.

   •  I get a "No Video Signal" error before each channel change. The channel does change successfully.

   •  The ReplayTV drops leading digits when changing channels

   •  The ReplayTV cannot change to single digit channels (1-9)

   •  The ReplayTV is changing channels inconsistently. Sometimes, it doesn't get the whole channel number.

   •  A Menu pops up whenever I change Channels.

   •  My cable box/satellite receiver does not respond to IR (infrared) commands from my ReplayTV unit’s IR blaster. What should I do?

   •  How do I adjust or tune the IR code settings for my cable or satellite box?

   •  There's no IR code listed for my satellite or cable box. I can't use the IR blaster.

   •  Cable box problems
   •  My ReplayTV is sending each digit 3 times (e.g., 222000666) when it tries to change channels on my Motorola or General Instruments cable box.
   •  Satellite receiver problems
   •  I can't get any of the SONY IR codes to work with my SONY HD300?
   •  My Phillips 5500 series satellite receiver fails to change to a channel if the previous channel starts with the same number. So, changing channel 233 fails, if I'm currently on channel 204.
   •  My ReplayTV is not changing channels properly using the serial cable
   •  DirecTV D10 Satellite Receivers
   •  My ReplayTV can't change to local channels from 2 - 99 on my DirecTV D10 receiver.
  Remote Control

   •  My ReplayTV is not responding to commands from the ReplayTV remote control. What should I do?
