Modem and Network
  My ReplayTV appears to connect fine, but my Channel Guide is blank.

  My ReplayTV appears to be connecting fine, but my Channel Guide is missing a few days.

  Problems Connecting using the Modem

   •  My ReplayTV is having problems connecting using a Wireless phone jack.

   •  ReplayTV's Modem will not release the telephone line. If I unplug the phone cable from the back of the ReplayTV, I get dialtone again.

   •  My ReplayTV stopped connecting suddenly. It worked perfectly fine before.

  Problems connecting over the Internet. (Ethernet Network)

   •  The ReplayTV can't connect or stay connected to the ReplayTV servers using Ethernet.
