If you purchased your product less than 90 days ago, please fax or email your proof of purchase, along with your name, phone number, email address and preferred contact timeframe to Customer Care. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM (PT) ( Excluding Holidays ).
Once confirmed Customer Care will contact you within four business hours . Please be advised that depending on the time you submit your proof of purchase, it may be the following business day.

If you purchased your product more than 90 days ago, Rio now provides Extended Support for $19.95 per issue. Please click on the link below to purchase Extended Support and receive your Priority Code along with the Extended Support Phone Number. If your product is determined defective you will receive a coupon code for a discount on a featured product.
