Ian Shea
Director and Head, ReplayTV Business Unit
Ian Shea serves Digital North America (DNNA) as a Director and Head of the ReplayTV Business Unit.
Ian started with ReplayTV in 2000 and has held a variety of positions including Controller, Head of Investor Relations and Head of Corporate Development. In those roles he managed the company’s financials, corporate development activities including financial planning and analysis, defining corporate strategy, constructing the company’s business model, capital raising, the bankruptcy process, and merger and acquisition activity which included the first sale to SONICblue and most recent to DNNA.
Prior to ReplayTV, Ian was an Associate at Patricof & Co. Capital where he focused on providing merger and acquisition and restructuring advisory services to entrepreneurs and their companies. Previous to Patricof & Co. Capital, Ian worked at Prudential Securities as a member of the technology investment-banking group providing a full range of financial advisory and strategic services to mid-sized technology companies.
Ian holds a BS from Cornell University in Economics.
